Credit underwritten on real earnings, repaid from real payouts.
Most of India’s gig workers have no credit score. They do have earnings history. WirePay turns platform earnings into earned wage access and fair micro-loans for workers, and into payroll float and invoice discounting for the businesses that pay them. Loans are made by RBI-regulated lending partners.
Everything WirePay Credit does.
Earned wage access
Workers draw up to half of what they have already earned this cycle, in seconds, for a flat ₹15. Free for the employer, recovered automatically from the next settlement.
Worker micro-loans
₹3,000 to ₹1 lakh for a phone, a bike repair, a medical bill or school fees, priced on earnings consistency, with the weekly EMI capped at 20% of average earnings.
Payroll Float
Pay your workforce on time even when your clients pay you in 60 days. Draw against an approved limit for 30 days at a time.
Invoice discounting
Staffing firms and fleet operators get up to 90% of an approved invoice the same day it is raised.
Working capital & EV fleets
Revolving lines for fleet operators and kirana networks, and asset finance for EV two-wheelers deployed to riders.
Embedded insurance
Accident, hospital-cash and health cover from ₹19 a week, deducted from payouts, claims filed in the app.
Live in weeks, not quarters.
Earnings become a profile
Weekly earnings, consistency, tenure and KYC depth produce a score without a bureau pull.
Workers see their limit
EWA and loan offers appear in the worker app, with the full cost before they accept.
Repaid from payouts
Recovery is netted from settlements and never exceeds half of a payout.

Who lends the money?
Worker loans and business credit lines are made by RBI-registered NBFCs and partner banks under the RBI’s Digital Lending Directions. WirePay is the technology platform and lending service provider; the lender is named on every sanction letter and key fact statement.
Is earned wage access a loan?
EWA is an advance against wages already earned, funded by the employer’s payroll account and recovered from the next settlement. It carries a flat fee and no interest.
Pay every worker, in every state, the right way.
