Every gig worker onboarded, classified and contracted. Liability included.
Riders, captains, beauticians, home nurses, phlebotomists, consultants and agency staff: WirePay onboards them in minutes with Aadhaar, PAN, bank and e-Shram checks, classifies the engagement, and issues a compliant agreement they sign with Aadhaar eSign.
Everything Contract OS does.
KYC that riders finish
Aadhaar OTP, PAN verification, penny-drop or UPI VPA check, DL and RC for drivers, and e-Shram UAN registration, in one flow that works on a ₹7,000 phone.
Worker classification
A structured test for control, exclusivity and integration tells you whether someone is a platform worker, a contractor, or an employee in disguise, before a labour inspector does.
Contracts & eSign
Gig service agreements, fixed-term contracts, consultancy and EOR agreements, filled per worker and state, signed with Aadhaar eSign and stored with an audit trail.
Contractor of Record
WirePay engages the contractor and stands behind the classification. If an engagement is ever re-characterised, the liability is ours.
Agency & vendor workers
Bring manpower agencies onto the same platform: verify their PF/ESI deposits for your deployed staff and stop paying for compliance you cannot see.
Social-security registers
Aggregator registers, e-Shram linkage and state welfare-board IDs (Karnataka, Rajasthan, Telangana) maintained for every gig worker.
Live in weeks, not quarters.

What makes someone a gig worker under Indian law?
The Code on Social Security defines gig workers as people who earn outside a traditional employer-employee relationship, and platform workers as those who find that work through an online platform. Control, exclusivity and fixed pay are the signals that push an engagement towards employment.
Do you handle state gig-worker laws?
Yes. Rajasthan, Karnataka and Telangana have their own gig-worker statutes with registration and welfare-fee obligations. WirePay registers workers and calculates the fee on each payout where it applies.
Pay every worker, in every state, the right way.
