Independent Contractor Agreement

1. Services. Asha Das provides Labour law consultant services under statements of work agreed with Raftaar Quick Commerce Pvt Ltd. 2. Fees. ₹60,000 per month against a monthly invoice. GST is added where the contractor is registered. 3. Tax. Raftaar Quick Commerce Pvt Ltd deducts TDS at the applicable rate and issues quarterly TDS certificates. 4. Independence. Contractor controls how the work is done, uses their own tools, and is free to serve other clients. 5. Term. Either party may terminate with 15 days written notice.
