Employer of Record Employment Agreement

1. Parties. WirePay Workforce Services Pvt Ltd (the "Employer of Record") employs Shabnam Gowda as Growth lead, assigned to Raftaar Quick Commerce Pvt Ltd (the "Client"). 2. Compensation. Monthly gross salary of ₹1,65,000, paid by the Employer of Record on the last working day of each month. 3. Statutory. The Employer of Record registers under EPF, ESI, Shops & Establishments (Karnataka) and professional tax, and files all returns. 4. Liability. The Employer of Record carries employment, payroll-tax and statutory liability for this engagement. 5. Intellectual property. Work product is assigned to the Client under the master services agreement.
