Employment Agreement

1. Appointment. Kavya Shaikh is appointed as HR business partner at Gurugram from 2025-01-18, with a three-month probation. 2. Compensation. Monthly gross salary of ₹52,000, structured so that basic pay is at least 50% of wages. 3. Benefits. EPF, gratuity, Haryana professional tax and LWF as applicable; group health cover for employee and family. 4. Notice. 30 days during probation-free service, 15 days during probation. 5. Confidentiality. Employee keeps business and worker data confidential during and after employment.
