Fixed-Term Employment Contract

1. Appointment. Prakash Sharma is employed as Warehouse associate at Pune for a fixed term from 2024-02-14 to 2025-02-14. 2. Wages. Monthly gross wages are ₹16,200. Basic pay and dearness allowance make up at least 50% of wages, as the Code on Wages requires. 3. Parity. Hours of work, wages, allowances and statutory benefits are the same as for a permanent employee doing the same work. 4. Statutory benefits. EPF, ESI (where wages are within the ceiling), Maharashtra professional tax and labour welfare fund are deducted and deposited by Raftaar Quick Commerce Pvt Ltd. 5. Gratuity. Payable pro-rata on completion of the term, provided the contract has run for at least one year. 6. Leave. Earned leave accrues at one day for every 20 days worked, plus 8 paid public holidays under the Maharashtra Shops & Establishments (Regulation of Employment) Act, 2017.
