Gig & Platform Service Agreement

1. Engagement. Sandeep Shaikh ("Partner") may accept or decline tasks offered through the Raftaar Quick Commerce Pvt Ltd app at their discretion. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment relationship. 2. Payment. Partner is paid ₹31 per completed task plus published incentives and 100% of customer tips, settled every week (Tuesday) to UPI sandeep34@paytm. 3. Deductions. Tax is deducted at source as required by law (contractor TDS; 20% where no PAN is furnished). Any earned-wage advance or loan EMI the Partner opts into is recovered from the next settlement, never more than 50% of it. 4. Social security. Raftaar Quick Commerce Pvt Ltd registers the Partner on e-Shram and contributes to the Social Security Fund for gig and platform workers as notified under the Code on Social Security, 2020 and the Karnataka Platform-based Gig Workers (Social Security and Welfare) Act, 2025. 5. Insurance. Partner is covered by group accident insurance while logged in. Optional hospital-cash cover can be added at ₹19 per week. 6. Grievances. Partner can raise a payout or deactivation dispute in the app; a human reviews every deactivation within 7 days. 7. Term. Either party may end this agreement at any time with notice in the app. Earnings for completed tasks are settled in the next cycle.
